Ring of Honor’s struggling Women of Honor division has lost another major star, as Tenille Dashwood has announced she is no longer with the company
The former WWE Superstar known as Emma announced on her official Twitter this past weeked she was now a free agent. It follows speculation that her contract with ROH was due to expire, having signed with ROH in February of last year. Dashwood recently had to rehab a shoulder injury which had kept her out of action, but had been placed into a spokeswoman role for the emerging Lifeblood faction in ROH.
Women of Honor have now lost another famous name from their ranks, following the recent departures of Madison Rayne back to Impact Wrestling and Karen Q to NXT. Currently the WOH Champion is Mayu Iwatani of the Stardom promotion in Japan. Perhaps showing the lack of name value currently in Women of Honor, Iwatani will face Kelly Klein at the ROH/NJPW G1 Supercard event over WrestleMania weekend in yet another rematch having only defended against her at ROH’s recent 17th Anniversary Show.
